Our recent family stay exceeded our expectations. the hotel's location allowed for quick and easy access to and from the airport and KCC shopping centre. the staff's positive and accommodating attitude made us feel most welcome. the food was delicious, and the room and bathroom were well-supplied and sparkling clean. Our family enjoyed the convenience and beauty of the swimming pool, and the provided linens were lovely.

The breakfast staff was a bit rude to some other guests and needs further instruction on customer service.
